FESQ10 Food and Edible Introduction to Chemistry

This course is intended as an introduction to the fundamentals of chemistry for students who have never taken a chemistry course or those who have had a significant interruption in their studies. It will cover topics such as structure and bonding and introduction to acids and bases through classroom lecture.
