CAN12 Extraction Concepts and Methods

In this course, students are introduced to the concepts and methods of cannabis extraction. With the increasing demand for extracts and concentrates to be used in edible and pharmaceutical products, the cannabis industry relies heavily on equipment, process, and methods to obtain high yielding and pure extracts. The course content will focus on the advantages of extracts and its use in various cannabis products.

Students are given a comprehensive overview of various cannabis extraction techniques, and the overall process of developing cannabis oil, capsules and concentrates.
