Imran has been working in Sales and Business Development with Yellowstone Extractions since its inception in 2018. Yellowstone Extractions designs and manufactures extraction equipment for the industrial processing of cannabis. More recently, Imran has assisted Yellowstone Extractions in developing their education/training program for their patent-pending extraction equipment/technology. Imran has studied ethanol and hydrocarbon extraction since 2015 and has advised projects in Ontario, as well as Southern Africa and Pakistan.
Hydrocarbon and Ethanol based extracts and the processes which produce them will be a significant component to the second part of Canadian cannabis legalization (also known as “Legalization 2.0”), coming October 17th, 2019. This next wave of new and exciting cannabis products will bring a variety of new extract products to market, some that have gained popularity over the last several years in other legal markets, and some that are on the leading edge of cannabis product development.
This webinar introduces those products and methods of production, drawing upon examples in other fields to draw relatable comparisons. The webinar also touches on the chemistry and the process engineering involved in creating these products.
