Food Facility Audit

Audits play a very important role in verifying proper food safety and quality practices at food manufacturing facilities. Audit report data is used to help select suppliers, demonstrate due diligence for customers or validate internal policies and procedures.

This course will teach students how auditing services are used in the food processing industry to meet the needs of domestic and international markets.
