AAPS is happy to announce a new two-day training course on January 23rd and January 30th focusing on HPLC for Food Analysis. Taught by Jason Chu, this course will discuss factors that must be considered when selecting an appropriate HPLC analytical method for food analyte determination. AAPS is excited to provide this specialized course as HPLC methods have become the preferred technique for food analysis in the industry.
